Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. Your full card or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are not stored by Framora.

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are handled by Razorpay on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
