About our pieces
What does made to order mean?
Every Framora piece is crafted after you place your order — we hold no stock. Your piece is made specifically for you and has never sat on a shelf. It is a different thing from something mass-produced, and we believe that difference is worth the short wait.
Is the Arabic calligraphy accurate?
Yes. Every ayah, du’a, and piece of calligraphy is set with care and checked for accuracy before printing. We treat the words with the respect they deserve.
What is the difference between a framed matte print and a canvas?
Both are high-quality prints — not hand-painted originals — produced with archival pigment inks. A framed matte print is made on premium matte fine-art paper and framed by hand. A canvas is printed on cotton-blend canvas and gallery-wrapped over a solid wooden frame. Both arrive ready to hang; it comes down to the look you prefer.
Will my piece vary slightly from the images?
Slightly, yes. Small variations in tone and finish are natural to handwork and part of the character of a made-to-order piece. The design and colours will match what you see.
What are your home décor pieces made from?
Our décor pieces are made from carefully selected, durable materials chosen for their quality and finish, and finished by hand. Full material and dimension details are listed on each product page.
Nikah Namas & personalisation
Can I personalise my Nikah Nama?
Yes — this is the heart of what we do. Your Nikah Nama can carry the couple’s names, your nikah date, and a verse or du’a chosen for the two of you, in Arabic, Urdu, or English calligraphy. Add your details on the product page when you order.
What details do you need from me?
Usually the names exactly as you would like them to appear, your nikah date, and any specific verse or du’a you would like included. Share these when you order, and we will prepare your design before it goes to print.
Can wall art be personalised too?
Selected wall art pieces can be personalised with a name, a date, or a chosen verse. Look for the personalisation option on the product page.
Orders and production
How long will my order take?
Pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order, and typically delivered 3–5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and tracking details when it leaves our studio.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, we are unable to cancel or modify. To cancel within the window, email studio@framora.in with your order number.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Many pieces are offered in a range of sizes — choose your size on the product page. For a requirement outside our listed options, contact us and we will advise on the closest match.
Shipping and payment
Where do you ship?
We ship across India, with free shipping on every order.
How can I pay?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay, India’s trusted payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
COD is available across many areas in India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check availability and the delivery window for your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email and WhatsApp (for India customers) when your order is dispatched.
Returns and replacements
What is your returns policy?
Because every Framora piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
My piece arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email studio@framora.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Framora order arrives in considered packaging, made to be given. A handwritten message card is included at no extra cost — add your message at checkout. Perfect for a nikah, a new home, or Eid.
